Account information: email address and authentication data provided during sign-up (via Clerk).
Usage data: number of script generations per day (used to enforce free tier limits).
Purchase information: subscription status synced from Apple's App Store via RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.
User-submitted content: product URLs, niche, tone, and video length selections you enter when generating scripts. This is sent to OpenAI to generate your scripts and is not stored on our servers beyond the request.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the service.
To enforce free tier limits and manage subscriptions.
To authenticate your account.
To respond to support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Clerk — authentication and account management.
OpenAI — AI script generation (your inputs are sent to OpenAI's API).
RevenueCat — subscription management and in-app purchase processing.
Apple App Store — payment processing for subscriptions.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the app, which will remove your data from our systems.

ShopHookAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
